Construction continues on new parking lot at Central Service Center

Some parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable during construction

West Palm Beach, Fla. – Constitutional Tax Collector Anne M. Gannon today advised taxpayers that a parking lot construction project will temporarily block several parking spaces at the Central Palm Beach Service Center located at 4125 South Military Trail in Greenacres. Several parking spaces will be unavailable beginning Monday, March 5, 2018 through the completion of the project.

The construction project is the direct result of client feedback related to inadequate parking. When completed, the project will add employee parking behind the building which will free up approximately 70 parking spaces for client use in the front. Central Palm Beach Service Center is the agency’s busiest facility, serving approximately 5,000 clients each week.

“The new parking lot will help but it will not completely resolve the parking issues here,” said Gannon. “This is why I strongly encourage clients to complete their transaction on our website.”

Clients who require in-person service can also visit these locations:

  • Belle Glade Service Center
Palm Beach County Glades Office Building, 2976 State Road 15, Belle Glade

  • South County Service Center
501 South Congress Avenue, Delray Beach
